How to Co-Author a Book When One Writer Lives in Texas and the Other One Lives in Washington State

There are five ingredients necessary for writing a book with a distant co-author:

  1. Good email service
  2. Lots of cell phone minutes (preferably with the same provider)
  3. A willingness to compromise
  4. A sense of humor
  5. A strong friendship
Luckily, both of us possess all those qualities. Otherwise, there's no way we could have written I.O.U. SEX.
