"She read the words over and over, felt the indentations created by his pen with her fingers. She clutched the book to her heart."
Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page. BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (Make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away. You don't want to ruin the book for others.)
- Share the title and author info too so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teasers.
Very interesting.

Read another interesting teaser from this one last Tuesday and I'm all kinds of curious about it now.
ReplyDeleteWonder what was in the book. Good teaser! I just got a Kindle for by birthday recently and like it! Only problem is, we show the books we are reading in our blog header. For now, I'm still getting them from the library even if I am reading it on my Kindle.

My dad is a professor, so he would always grade his assignments at our dinner table. Even now, our table holds the indentations of his grades. This teaser brought that back to my mind. I used to love running my hands over them and remember all the times I used to see him working.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing that teaser!
