How to Co-Author a Book When One Writer Lives in Texas and the Other One Lives in Washington State

There are five ingredients necessary for writing a book with a distant co-author:

  1. Good email service
  2. Lots of cell phone minutes (preferably with the same provider)
  3. A willingness to compromise
  4. A sense of humor
  5. A strong friendship
Luckily, both of us possess all those qualities. Otherwise, there's no way we could have written I.O.U. SEX.

Feedback From Readers

We’re delighted at the response we’ve received from readers of I.O.U. SEX.

“It has been a long time that I felt so much a part of a book. The story brought back many memories and feelings for me.”

“It’s funny, poignant, sassy, sexy, heart-felt, and believable – everything a good book should be and more. I seldom choose romance novels, but I loved this one – probably because it’s so much more than that.”

"I finished I.O.U. SEX about an hour ago and loved it! . . . I laughed and I cried with all the memories that came flooding back. . . . You both are to be congratulated for a wonderful job."

"Trust me, you'll laugh, be titillated, and be touched in the heart with this unique story."

Thank you all for your kind words!

Two Friends and a Dream

A few years ago Sandy and I read her old high school diary and almost died laughing. That laughter eventually became a real, live book ~ I.O.U. Sex.
